Pneuform RUS LLC
Pneuform RUS, LLC is a Russian-Czech enterprise located in Yaroslavl, the capital of the Russian golden ring.
In 2011 we created a joint venture with a well-known Czech company PNEUFORM HULIN a.s. which is included in a group of companies producing tools and equipment for the tire production.

- Manufacturing of a full range of molds for the production of tires
- Technical documentation development for the purposes of molds production
- Creating a 3D model of a protector

- Development and manufacturing of lamellas
- Production of 3D knives
Moldcast s.r.o, Czech Republic 2005
- Casting by means of the low pressure die casting technologies
- Services of design, manufacture and debugging of block molds

2011-2015
- Complete overhaul of containers for vulcanization of tires
- The second engraving and milling machine LANG was delivered and brought into operation

2016-2017
- Production of cargo lever-type molds R20 was initiated. 6 new molds were manufactured and delivered
- HONOR Seiki VL86C vertical CNC lathe was delivered and brought into operation

2018-2020
- Production of new light molds of the equatorial type was initiated
- New Honor Seiki V 4.5 3-Axis CNC Milling Machine was delivered and launched
